Room in the town center

Hello, I rent a room in my apartment in the center of Bourget du Lac. It is 18 m² under the slope and has a Velux window overlooking the lake. A double bed (140 x 190), a single bed (90 x 190), a closet with a wardrobe. Note 1: The kitchen is not available but you can of course have tea, coffee and eat what you have brought. Note 2: Access to the room is via a fairly steep staircase (pictured). Other things to note Bakeries, grocery store, pizzerias, restaurants in the town center 3 min walk. Lake and Restaurants of the port 10 min walk. Technolac and university 15-20 min walk away. E-born electric vehicle charging station 100m away.
