Charming country house with swimming pool

Charming country house, carefully decorated, on the edge of a very quiet little village. Perfect place to relax and recharge in the heart of nature with a large garden of 6000 m2, a swimming pool without any opposite (6x12) and a terrace ideal for eating outdoors. You can take long walks in a beautiful setting, the house being located in the National Forest Park. The space On the ground floor: living & dining room with fireplace, fully equipped and bright kitchen, shower room with toilet. On the 1st floor: two large bedrooms (one with a double bed of 180 x 200 cm, the other a double bed of 160 x 200 cm) and a TV lounge with desk for teleworking. On the 2nd floor: two charming small mezzanine bedrooms (they do not overlook the other bedrooms and each have access by a fairly steep wooden staircase). One has a double bed of 140 x 200, the other two single beds of 90 x 200. There is no noise around, so you can enjoy a good night's sleep. In addition, all rooms have blackout curtains. 6000 m2 garden with 6 x 12 m unheated pool (open from June to September depending on temperatures). Garden furniture: 4 deckchairs, 2 parasols, outdoor table for 8 people, barbecue. Parking spaces for 2 cars behind the house. Many activities possible, on site or in the surrounding area. We will provide you with a complete guide when booking. Guest access You have the entire accommodation, as well as the garden and pool. House for 8 people, not recommended for children under 6 years old (steep and unprotected stairs, open metal fireplace with visible corners, unprotected swimming pool except roller shutter, unfenced garden). No noise at night. Cigarettes allowed only outside the house, using an ashtray (no smoking by the pool). Pets not allowed. The house is 3 hours from Paris, 2.5 hours from Lyon and 45 minutes from Dijon by car. The nearest railway station is in Is-sur-Tille (within 30 minutes).
