Furnished house. Kitchen is fully equipped. Beautiful garden. 10-minute walk through Pontal beach. Parking 2 cars. Value is the entire house, which fits 8 people. It's usually quiet, but Carnival and New Year's Eve are busy times with loud music, sometimes! The space Beautiful house with large area. Place for 2 small cars. Value is for the entire house but I live next door with two dogs, and the cat, Pirate. My room is close but separate with kitchen and separate area. Backyard and the garden. 4 bedrooms being 3 suites and one bedroom with bathroom next door. 2 bedrooms are great with hot showers and mosquito nets..All rooms have fan, bed linen and towels. The room is large, airy and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. Guest access It has space for 2 cars but you can also leave it on the street because it is a quiet neighborhood. There's a warehouse, bakery and grocery store nearby. Other things to note Pontal is a place of tranquility. I do not recommend it for those who are seeking peace of mind during New Year's Eve and Carnival.
