Cabin in peaceful area 250 m from the beach!

Welcome to enjoy our newly-renovated cottage in Vallersvik! The cottage is located on the west coast between the city of Gothenburg and the summer city of Varberg. It is well-planned with open spaces that make it easy to socialize and enjoy. With 250 m to the beach, there will be many dips in a day! The beach has fine sand and also offers the possibility of swimming from both the pier and the cliffs. The cottage is in a quiet area, but is still no more than 300 m from the familiar and pleasant campsite in Vallersvik. The space The cottage is winterized, 75 sqm in size and has a plot of about 500 sqm. It contains 2 bedrooms, with seven comfortable and spacious sleeping places and the possibility of an extra mattress if needed. Pillows and duvets are provided for all beds, but bed linen is not included. The kitchen is well-equipped with induction stovetop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator and freezer. Full kitchen equipment is included. The indoor dining area accommodates 6-8 people and you also have plenty of room to sit and eat and enjoy the cozy glazed outdoor room. The bathroom is small but functional with toilet, sink and shower. An extra toilet is also available next to this bathroom. Air heat pump with the possibility of A/C. Fireplace with wood-burning stove. On the property, there is a guest house of about 15 sqm that is for private use. If needed, there is a possibility to also rent this space that contains extra sleeping spots. This entails an additional cost of SEK 500 per night. Other things to note The guest is responsible for final cleaning.
