The first home to host in Guanambi on Airbnb. We have 3 years of SuperHost. It's me and my husband who always welcome guests. Bairro tranquilo, next to the 2 July Stadium and downtown (10min walk). Secure parking with electronic gate that provides access to the garage and kitnet. Supermercado in front, near cafeteria, restaurant, bakeries, sacolão, ice cream shop, pharmacy, gym. Bed and bath linens, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, utensils. The space I and my husband, Jô, have been hosts since January 2022 in Guanambi. This listing is appearing as new because it is now on my profile, before it was listed on my daughter's profile. Our space is private with a bedroom, bathroom and kitchen, Queen double bed and a twin bed. Guests have access to the backyard. We have a network available to be installed in the kitnet area, which is on the ground floor, without stairs. The yard has several plants and a part is covered by a sombrite. Guest access In addition to the kitnet, guests have access to the backyard, the garage. Pets have a little house in the backyard if you need it. Guests staying for several days have access to the laundry room. Other things to note Check in is at 1 p.m. and check out is 11 a.m. Please list the number of people.
