You can safely bring your pet and let him out without the risk of escaping the area. A maximum of 8 people can stay in the cottage. If you plan to come with a child, we can add a cot. There are four double beds waiting for you: three sofa beds and one double bed. In the cottage there is a fireplace, where cool evenings are most pleasant (the heating season lasts from October to April). With those who come to our place for longer, we decided to create a comfortable place to work. We have set up a solid wooden desk and swivel chair in the living room. You would be able to work comfortably without losing the fireplace and trees from the field of view. The internet works well and has served numerous teleconferences. We provide the wood and can help with the ignition. The cottage has a large covered terrace. On the terrace there is a seating set (sofa and table, two sun loungers) as well as a table and four chairs. This is the perfect place to listen to a bird concert that you can hear best in spring. There is plenty of space on the plot to spend time in nature. There is a place where you can hang a hammock, unfold a blanket and deckchairs. On warm days in the garden you can also light a barbecue. On the middle floor there is a living room with a fireplace and a sofa bed, as well as a bathroom. The bathroom has a shower cabin with a high shower tray, which will make it easier for children to bathe. You'll also find towels, cosmetics, a heater, and a hair dryer. From the living room you can go out onto a large covered terrace. The lowest level is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining room and sofa. In this room there is also a hanging armchair, which is ideal for rest. Next to it, there is a room with a folding bed, a chess table and a huge terrace window that allows you to directly exit to the forest garden, making it even easier to organize a picnic on the grass. In the room with a red bed there is a dresser with board games. You will find chess and various board games, including Monopol and Gierki Marriage. The plot is fenced on each side with garden panels with a brick wall and a wrought-iron gate, so arriving with a four-legged dog is not a problem. We have also taken care of your vehicles, there is a two-station shed on the plot that protects against rain, snow and the fall of branches and resin cones. The kitchen is equipped with many useful accessories that will make it easier for you to prepare your favorite meal. You can use a two-burner hob, cordless kettle and other everyday equipment ( portable electric oven, dishwasher, toaster). In addition to basic dishes, plates and cutlery, there will also be a decanter, glasses, wine opener and an Italian coffee shop for those who can not imagine a successful morning without the taste and aroma of coffee. Despite the forest location, it is possible to order food with delivery. There are at least 5 restaurants in our area that deliver pizzas, sushi and burgers. If you prefer to cook yourself, within 2 km you will find two local grocery stores, and a little further also Biedronka. Guest access The house and the whole area is at your disposal. The exclusive plot allows for many relaxing options. If we add all the surrounding attractions to it, it turns out that the trip can become an endless strand of pleasure. Here are some of the possibilities of spending a pleasant time that do not require you to move away from the facility: morning reading of a book in a hanging chair, breakfast on the terrace, by the way you can listen to a bird concert, a picnic on a blanket, relaxation with a book in a hammock, an afternoon sip of organic vegetable juice on the terrace, a chess party at the chess table, a cozy evening by the fireplace or a barbecue in the open air. You will also find something very relaxing here. We have established cooperation with a masseuse and a reflexologist, who can come to the cottage and perform a massage of your choice. You can also visit rope parks designed for the whole family, which are located in Pomiechówka and Jachrance. In Pomiechówek there is the famous Wkry Valley Park - a complex with a nature path, a rope park and a beach. If you're shooting extreme sports, you'll have a strong experience in nearby Trzciany. There you will find a water ski lift along with an equipment rental. Many people have heard of the nearby Zegrzyn Lagoon, where the most popular beach in Nieporęta in the summer is filled to the shores with beach goers. The advantage of this location is a large number of rental water sports equipment: sailboats, kayaks, etc. If you prefer a more intimate atmosphere, an interesting alternative is the beach in Wieliszew, which is even closer because it is less than 8 km from us . However, if you do not want to share the banks of the river with anyone, there are a lot of such wild beaches on Narkiv. We have verified spots and are happy to share. If you love wild flora and fauna, you won't be disappointed. It's easy to find numerous deer, wild boar, foxes, hares, hedgehogs, and even elk in nearby forests. You can also go with binoculars to the nearby Narew Ore Mountains and swamps to spend time even closer to nature. There are lots of bird species in the immediate area. Passionate about history and military themes should be interesting to visit Modlin Fortress just 20 kilometers from the property. In addition, for the elderly, yoga and meditation classes are regularly held here. Other things to note -in the house is quiet from 10pm to 6am and no parties. The security deposit is payable by bank transfer no later than one week before check-in and is refundable in full, provided that no damage has been caused during the stay at the property. The security deposit will be refunded to the same account within 3 business days after the day of checkout.
