Just drive 33 km from the center of Warsaw to leave everyday life behind. A house with a fireplace and an exclusive forest plot awaits you. There are two lakes and the Narew River nearby. The plot is tightly fenced and pets are welcome. The cottage can accommodate 8 people, so invite your friends, pack your dog and come! The space When you come to us, you have at your disposal a 100-meter three-level cottage and 1000 meters of a fenced forest plot located in a complex of neighboring forest plots. You can safely come with your pet and let it out without the risk of it escaping outside the area. The cottage can accommodate a maximum of 8 people. If you plan to come with a child, we can provide a fold-out cot. There are four double beds waiting for you: three sofa beds and one double bed. There is a fireplace in the cottage, where you can spend the cool evenings (the heating season lasts from October to April). With those who come to us for a longer period in mind, we decided to create a comfortable place to work. We set up a solid wooden desk and a swivel chair in the living room. So that you can work comfortably without losing sight of the fireplace and trees. The Internet works well and has already handled many teleconferences. We provide wood and we can help with lighting the fire. The cottage has a large covered terrace. On the terrace there is a lounge set (sofa and table, two sun loungers) as well as a table and four chairs. It is the perfect place to listen to a bird concert, which is best heard in spring. There is plenty of space on the plot to spend time in nature. There is a place where you can hang a hammock, spread a blanket and sun loungers. On warm days, you can also light a barbecue in the garden. There will be two adult bikes at your disposal. One of them has a child seat for children up to 20 kg Detailed description: On the top floor there is a bedroom with one double bed. On the middle floor there is a living room with a fireplace and a sofa bed, as well as a bathroom. In the bathroom there is a shower cabin with a high shower tray that will make it easier for children to bathe. You will also find towels, cosmetics, a heater and a hair dryer. From the living room you can go out onto a large covered terrace. The lowest level is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and a sofa. There is also a hanging armchair in this room, which is perfect for relaxing. Next to it there is a room with a fold-out bed, a chess table and a huge terrace window that allows direct access to the forest garden, making it even easier to organize a picnic on the grass. In the room with the red bed there is a cupboard with board games. Chess and various board games, including Monopoly and Marriage Games, will be at your disposal. The plot is fenced on each side with garden panels with a foundation and a forged gate, so arriving with a pet is not a problem. We also took care of your vehicles, there is a two-seat shed on the plot that protects against rain, snow and the fall of cones, branches and resin. The kitchen is equipped with many useful accessories that will make it easier for you to prepare your favorite meal. You can use a two-burner hot plate, cordless kettle and other everyday appliances (portable electric oven, dishwasher, toaster). In addition to basic dishes, plates and cutlery, there will also be a carafe, glasses, a wine opener and an Italian coffee maker for those who cannot imagine a successful morning without the taste and aroma of coffee. Despite the forest location, it is possible to order food with delivery. There are at least 5 restaurants in our area that deliver pizza, sushi and burgers. If you prefer to cook yourself, you will find two local grocery stores within 2 km, and a little further away, Biedronka. Guest access The house and the entire plot are at your disposal. The exclusive plot allows for many relaxing options. If we add to this all the surrounding attractions, it turns out that the trip can become an endless string of pleasure. Here are some of the possibilities for spending a pleasant time that do not require you to move away from the property: morning reading a book in a hanging chair, breakfast on the terrace, by the way you can listen to a bird concert, a picnic on a blanket, relax with a book in a hammock, an afternoon sip of juice from organic vegetables on the terrace, a chess game at a chess table, a cozy evening by the fireplace or an outdoor barbecue. You will also find something extremely relaxing here. We have established cooperation with a masseuse and reflexologist who can come to the house and perform the massage of your choice. We cannot guarantee one attraction, but if you manage to be with us during a storm, we provide a view of 40-meter "dancing" pines, which will remain in your memory for a long time. If you prefer active leisure, you will have many options to choose from: hiking, Nordic walking, cycling, sunbathing, fishing, canoeing, climbing on bunkers in nearby Janówek, horse riding or even sailing. In nearby Łajski there is a free outdoor tennis court (you just need to make an appointment and bring your own equipment). You can also visit rope parks designed for the whole family, which are located in Pomiechówek and Jachranka. In Pomiechówek there is the famous Wkra Valley Park - a complex with a nature trail, a rope park and a beach. If you are into extreme sports, then strong impressions await you in nearby Trzciany. You will find a water ski lift there along with equipment rental. Many people have heard of the nearby Zegrze Reservoir, where the most popular beach in Nieporęt is filled to the brim with beachgoers in summer. The advantage of this location is the large number of water sports equipment rentals: sailboats, kayaks, etc. If, on the other hand, you prefer a more intimate atmosphere, an interesting alternative is the beach in Wieliszew, which is even closer because it is less than 8 km from us. However, if you do not want to share the river bank with anyone, there are many such wild beaches on the Narew River. We have tried and tested places and we will be happy to share them. If you love wild flora and fauna, you will not be disappointed. In the nearby forests, it is easy to meet numerous deer, wild boars, foxes, hares, hedgehogs, and even elk. You can also go with binoculars to the nearby Narew oxbow lakes and swamps to spend time even closer to nature. There are plenty of bird species in the immediate vicinity. You can easily see the Great Spotted Woodpecker, Great Tits, Warblers, Goldfinches, Robins, Magpies, Owls, Storks, Herons, Buzzards, Jays, Nightingales and many more. The pleasant bird song can be heard continuously from dawn to dusk. Bird concerts are the loudest in spring and summer. Just sit in a hammock or deck chair and listen. In the Wieliszew commune, 3 tourist and patriotic trails with a total length of 160 km have been marked out. The long distance encourages you to cycle them. The routes have been designed in such a way that both history enthusiasts and nature lovers should be satisfied. In addition, there are approximately 100 km of bicycle routes. There will be two adult bikes at your disposal. One of them has a child seat for children up to 20 kg. In addition, the short distance from Warsaw makes it easy to visit and enjoy the many attractions that the capital has to offer. Nothing prevents you from taking a day trip and visiting, for example: the Old Town, the Royal Castle, Krakowskie Przedmieście, the Royal Baths, the Wilanów Palace, the National Museum, the Polish Army Museum, the Botanical Garden in Powsin, the Zoological Garden, the Multimedia Fountain Park and many others. History and military enthusiasts should be interested in the option of visiting the Modlin fortress, which is only 20 km away from the property. For the youngest, we have prepared a travel cot, a high chair and a changing table. The shower cabin has a deep shower tray that will make bathing easier. Please note that there are quite steep stairs in the cottage. Children will certainly appreciate the opportunity to run around the forest plot where you can plan a sensory path yourself, observe nature very closely, and also swing in a hammock and a hanging chair. Near the property there is a playground with a sandpit, slides and swings. Walking around the area, you can encounter grazing cows and horses that are friendly and will never despise a fresh carrot. If you feel like a short trip, about 9 km from us there is Alpaki from the farm or Dynioland with Smyków Farm. As the owners describe, the purpose of their activity is to shape nutritional awareness and promote a healthy lifestyle. In addition, yoga and meditation classes are held here regularly for the elderly. Other things to note - there is a night quiet time from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. and a ban on organizing parties. We observe the quiet hours and after 10:00 p.m. with loud conversations we invite you inside. - The hotel day starts at 4:00 p.m. and ends at 11:00 a.m. - the stay of additional people is possible after prior agreement at the price of PLN 90 per night per person. - for the possible stay of animals, an additional fee is charged (PLN 70 for the entire stay up to two days, over two days PLN 140). - We issue a receipt for the stay, so if you need a VAT invoice, we will ask for information and data when booking. - As it is in the countryside, sometimes the electricity goes out, especially after a storm. - water from our own well, for hygienic and sanitary purposes, and for coffee and tea we will provide you with water in a can. - We care about the environment, so we have a waste segregation policy in place. In the event of non-compliance with this rule, a fee of PLN 50 will be charged. - the access road to the cottage is unpaved - the cottage has quite steep stairs - the price does not include the cost of possible cleaning PLN 150 - this is an optional fee, you can clean on your own (washing dishes, taking out sorted garbage, putting things in place – we always clean the rest). - Please remember about the refundable deposit of PLN 500. The deposit is payable by bank transfer at least one week before check-in and is refundable in full provided that no damage has been caused during the stay. The deposit will be refunded to the same account within a maximum of 3 working days after the check-out date.
