Your private bedroom with private attached large bathroom in on first floor. Single bed. Peaceful, relaxed, clean. No TV. Wood floor, two large windows that you can open if you like. Work desk, chair and table lamp. Close to Innsbrook, Short Pump and 12 minutes to downtown. Parking in front of the house. The space Clean, fresh well maintained home. Your room is on the first floor, with attached privaye bathroom. Single twin bed. with Bathroom has walk in shower. Essential soap, shampoo, towels etc. provided. The home is close to major highways and the commercial business district of Innsbrook. Flooring is wood. Large reach-in-closet with extra towels and blanket. Work desk-chair. Desk lamp. No TV. Coffee, beverages, snacks are in the kitchen. Please help your self. Continental/Indian breakfast offered upon request for additional charge. Please ask. There is a yoga/meditation room upstairs. Feel free to use it if you like. Park besides the mailbox on gravel bed on your left, as soon as you enter the property. Walk on the concrete walkway to the front double door. RULES; Please do not wear outside shoes in your room or house. Please do not eat or drink or smoke in your room. Use bathroom courteously. Thank you. Please do not bring in non-vegetarian food, eggs, meat-poultry-sea-food inside the house. We are a strict vegetarian household. Please do not spray perfumes/sprays inside the room. Guest access I open the door for you. if I am stepping out, I'll give you the entry code First floor kitchen-dining and living room is available for your use. Non-vegetarian food not permitted. No smoking. Pkease: No drinking, no smoking, no outside shoes in the house. Please do not use air-sprays in room or house or linen. Extra cleaning fees will be applied. Guests may use the kitchen lightly for vegetarian fare only. Non-vegetarian foods including mushrooms and seafood is not permitted. Laundry room is by the kitchen and you may use it if you need to. During your stay I will personally greet you at the door and show you around to help you settle in. If I will be stepping out, I will text you the entry code number. Kindly communicate your arrival times so that I am home to welcome you. Please communicate it during all days of your stay. My home office is on the second floor and sometimes I also prefer to work on the first floor dining table or in my room. I'd be around and we will be communicating via the app. Please feel free to call if I am not in-sight. Other things to note The bed is a twin bed with memory foam mattress. The room is setup keeping in mind a solo traveler, traveling for business or pleasure. There is no provision for a second accommodation. There is a work table-chair with work lamp and a luggage bench. The reach-in-closet is spacious. Extra towels, blankets are in the closet. The business district of Innsbrook and Short Pump is 5 minutes of driving time and downtown Richmond is 12 to 20 minutes of driving time depending on where you want to go. Wifi password is in your room.
