The 70 sqm 3-room apartment on the 2nd floor, including a 14 sqm veranda, is suitable for 3 to 5 people and, in addition to two bedrooms with various bed configurations, features two shower baths and a living kitchen with a sofa. Amenities include air conditioning/heating, WIFI, TV, and towels, as well as parking facilities in the courtyard. The managers of the Holiday Residence Rifugio are the Swiss couple Matthias and Irene Winkler. They live in Orosei, Sardinia, since August 2001. The apartments are built with first class materials and are attractively furnished, with TV, telephone, WiFi internet connection, cooling and heating facilities. Since 2013 we have a pool of 70m3. 6.12.19 After an official inspection our residential pool has been unexpectedly closed. It is currently out of order and the constructor needs to apply some adjustments. We assume that the permit to fix the pool will arrive within this year so that it will be again available until May 2020.
