The space The accommodation is 300 m2 and is broken down as below: On the ground floor you will find: - 1 50 m2 lounge area to relax or to enjoy the tea bar or the game area (arcade/pinball machine). - 1 dining room of 50 m2 with a table that can accommodate 12/14 people, there is a bar area to enjoy with family or friends, in front of a good fireplace in winter. - 1 fully equipped kitchen, hob, extractor hood, microwave, oven, kettle, toaster, blender, dishwasher, American fridge, air fryer...
