Welcome to our house in the historic mining village of Glenboig on the outskirts of Coatbridge & Glasgow We hope our guests enjoy a home-from-home experience with ultra-fast fibre WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen and 1.5 bathrooms. Use as a central base with N, S, E & W motorway & rail links a few minutes away. Or relax, enjoying countryside walks and very friendly locals. The space This spacious house offers a living room with a comfortable sofa and dining area. The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with all the essentials for homemade meals, including an oven, hob, microwave kettle, air fryer and toaster. Basic cleaning supplies, washing machine, clothes horse and washing powder is available too. The house has four large bedrooms, with comfortable beds and soft bedding. There is plenty of parking space for two vehicles. Clean towels are always available upon arrival, and fresh ones are brought upon request. The house is near local amenities, doctors, a pharmacy and a small family-run convenience shop. If you fancy a pint or a glass of wine and a pub grub, local pub Brickworx Bar & Brasserie is the place to visit. The local community centre, right across the GarnQueen Loch, offers breakfast, cakes, and homemade lunches. We allow small pets and hypoallergenic breeds. Please note that the property is not gated. The village can offer lovely walks and plenty of opportunities for wildlife photography. Stirling Castle is a 29min drive from the property, 22.9 miles> William Wallace's monument is 32 minutes drive from the property, 23.1 miles away. Glasgow City Centre is 21 minutes drive or 29 minutes via train from local train station Gartcosh. Easter Moffat Gulf Club is 13 13-minute drive from the property.
