Uddebo is located right by Rosjön and only 10 km north of the beautiful wooden town of Eksjö. The house is located on a headland out on the lake and has a unique lake location with lake views from all parts of the house. From the living room and bedroom, you will exit onto a wooden deck with stairs down to the garden and the jetty. It is a scenic and undisturbed location with houses nearby but not right next door. The proximity to Highway 32 makes it easy to get here. The road can be heard, but for the vast majority it is not perceived as disturbing. The space The house has a large bedroom with a double bed (180 cm), an extra bedroom with a bunk bed (120/80 cm), a living room with a sofa bed (144 cm). The kitchen is fully equipped and with a kitchen island, the living room has a sofa bed and dining area, the bathroom is tiled and with a shower. The accommodation is equipped with a heat pump, fireplace in the kitchen and underfloor heating in the bathroom and hall. There are closets and storage in the bedrooms. Boat and fishing license included.
