HAMMERLIA 36 is a modern cabin that holds a full-year standard and is located about 100 meters from the sea. The cottage area has its own sandy beach with a barbeque area and a children's playground. A great place to relax or to participate in activities and experiences. In the middle of summer, the sun is up until 21.30 o'clock. The space The cabin has all AMENITIES and contains among other things: 1st floor: entrance, large and well stocked kitchen with open kitchen solution connected to a living room with a fireplace, large bathroom with hot tub and sauna. 2nd floor: 4 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with 2 single beds, 2 bedrooms with double beds where the largest room contains an extra guest bed), bathroom with shower. Terrace with garden furniture and barbeque. Lawn with very limited visibility from neighbours. Bed sheets, duvet cover, pillowcase and 2 towels are available for rent for NOK 100 per person. The minimum rental period is 2 days. Wi-fi and electricity is included in the rent. Check-in at the day of arrival is 15.00 o'clock and check-out on the day of departure is 11.00 o'clock (later check-out may be arranged depending on availability). Departure cleaning services are available for an additional fee of NOK 900. Guest access You will have access to all rooms and facilities at the cottage. Other things to note The cabin has a shared sandy beach, barbecue area, boat marinas and a small football pitch. It is only a short walk to Moen camping with a kiosk.
