Guest access You will be granted access to the entire House, with the exception of the garage, locked wardrobes in the bedrooms and Kitchen. There is space for 4 cars on the property and ample parking for boats or extra cars at the front of the property. The property is positioned at the highest point of the block, offering stunning elevated views and a driveway that leads to the home. Entry is via stairs, adding to the sense of elevation and outlook, and may be best suited to those comfortable with stair access. Other things to note We kindly request that you be considerate of our neighbors and aim to keep noise levels to a minimum. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
