Beautiful four-seasons cabin directly on Roberds lake (no steps or road to cross for lake access) outside Faribault & close to Shattuck/St. Olaf/Carlton. Enjoy swimming, fishing and boating. Large game room, pool table, foosball, 2 kayaks, 5 bikes & plenty of room for the family. Enjoy the firepit, the 2 screened in porches or sit in the den w/ central AC, whatever floats your boat. Approval required for pet -small to medium size dogs only. The space Large year-round lake house on beautiful Roberds Lake (no steps or roads between you and the lake), 40 minutes from the Minneapolis-St Paul airport and Twin Cities attractions. Large kitchen with granite island and countertops. The kitchen is fully equipped, including baking sheets, crock pot, rice cooker, coffee machines, hot water kettle, coffee, tea, waffle maker, bowls, serving tray, plates, cups, mugs, utensils and wine glasses. Large living room with 3 sleeping areas on 1st floor and 1 bedroom in lower level, 2 full bathrooms with showers, bar and pool table in lower level, recreation room in garage with foosball, card table with plenty of beautiful outdoor space. Also available to our guests are 5 bikes, 5 helmets, 9 life jackets (incudes infant life jacket), and 4 fishing poles. There are two screened-in porches that are useful at night or a place to relax during the day. Beautiful yard and shared dock in case you have a boat or pontoon. The dock is available Spring, Summer and Fall; it is removed in late Fall/Winter. Swim, tube or waterski (if you have a boat). Fish off the dock as it is one of the best spots on the lake. Walk 2 blocks to get to the local resort for ice cream or burger off the grill. Across the lake is another resort with beer and snacks, and either resort rent boats or pontoons with prior reservation. Located a couple of miles outside of historic Faribault, easy access to restaurants, groceries, winery, apple orchard, local events and bars. Guest access Users have access to the whole house (except areas for utilities and owner's storage) and can use the entire yard and driveway. The house is "on the lake" and has access to the shared dock, swimming area, yard, pool table, garage with foosball and card table. We also have 2 kayaks, 9 life jackets (6 adults, 2 youth, 1 infant), 4 fishing poles, several family games, 5 bikes with helmets and fire ring outside. A gas grill is available. Driveway is able to handle four cars. Modern Kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms with central AC in the entire house. The master bedroom is equipped with a sleep number bed. Other things to note Vacations on lake can be super fun. Please be aware of lake related cautions such as wearing life jackets, making sure parents are watching children and youth swimming at all times. Moderation in drinking is encouraged. No illegal behavior. All smoking and vaping are outdoor only. Pets requires prior approval and are limited to two. Smal and medium dogs only. Dogs are fun, but you are in the country now and there is no fence around the yard, your animal is not allowed to "free roam" and must be on leash at all times. Animal waste is your responsibility; you are responsible for cleanup (there is an additional charge for animal waste cleanup). Noisy dog will be asked to leave.
