Sankt Maria - for families, groups, seminars

This former rectory is great for spending time with extended family, multiple families and friends. In addition to the bedrooms and kitchens, seminar rooms, a gastronomic kitchen that goes out to the garden and a music room with a concert grand piano can be rented. In the garden, a large walnut tree provides shade for eating and drinking together in the garden. Swimming pool in the heat, sauna and fire bowl in cooler temperatures... The space The house has a very special atmosphere. The listed former rectory was built in 1769 and was bought by my parents in 1980 and renovated biologically. For a long time it served both as a doctor's office (on the ground floor) and family house where we lived with seven children. You can go on vacation with several families. In addition to the ground floor, which is usually not rented, the different floors cannot be separated from each other, but there are plenty of retreat options. There is a toilet and/or shower/bathtub on each floor. There are also several kitchens: 1. In the large kitchen with dining room and fireplace on the 1st floor, there is room for up to 20 people for cooking, eating, ... pots and dishes are available for large groups, it is fully equipped as at home. Spices etc. may be used. Just buy things when they empty. 2. In addition, there is a smaller kitchen on the 2nd floor in case you want to retreat from the hustle and bustle. 3. On the 3rd floor, the pointed arch, there is a small tea kitchen. 4. Commercial kitchen (see below; must be rented separately) In the library, poetry and art books are available, a stereo with a record player, a cozy sofa, a fireplace and a larger screen can be added to make cozy movie nights. The garden is exclusively at the guests' disposal. There are four bicycles that can be used, a swimming pool, sauna, a garden bed and of course tables, benches, grill and fire bowl. Additional spaces that can be rented on request: - Fully equipped commercial kitchen with garden access, including a commercial dishwasher, stove, cooking island, beverage refrigerator, ... - Music room with concert grand piano, sheet music, a fireplace, acoustic guitars, electric guitar, cajon... - 2 seminar rooms for yoga, workshops, celebrations... Guest access Only the guests who booked it live in the house during the stay. We expect two guests per room. If you need additional rooms, simply book for more people. For up to four guests, the 2nd floor (large kitchen, library, two bedrooms, shower/toilet on the 2nd floor, bathroom with shower and bathtub on the 3rd floor) and of course garden, pool and sauna, are open. For up to six other guests, the 2nd floor with three bedrooms, additional kitchen and bathroom with bathtub. For another four guests, the 3rd floor (2 bedrooms, toilet, living room with kitchenette). The ground floor is separated and has a separate entrance. (the "main entrance"). Seminar/Workshop/Yoga Rooms If required, two seminar rooms (24 m² and 19 m²) can be rented on the ground floor. The two rooms are connected by a door. Workshops can be done in the rooms or yoga or similar activities. A massage lounger can be booked. Music room On the 2nd floor there is a larger music room (29 m²) with a concert grand piano, guitars (acoustic and electric), cajon, notes and a fireplace. This is usually locked, but can be booked. Other things to note Since the house is so large, we only open the bedrooms that are needed at the time (all other rooms are of course available). We charge for one room per two paying guests. If additional rooms are needed, this is done by increasing the number of people. There are four additional single mattresses available that can be placed in the bedrooms.
