The space sleeps up to 3 guests and offers everything you need for a restful stay, including Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy living area to unwind. Conveniently located near local shops, restaurants, and scenic spots, our rental is the ideal home base for discovering Western New York. No smoking - no pets The space Street parking out front is available during warmer months. Throughout the winter, the village has a no street parking law in place to allow for plows to get through. There is a small parking area located just across the street at the ball field in winter or if you prefer to have off street parking. You may use the driveway located to the LEFT of the house for short term parking and unloading. This is a shared driveway and may not be utilized for longer than 15 minutes. Cleaning services are not provided throughout your stay, you will be responsible for maintaining the basics while you are there: dishes/laundry/sweeping/etc. Guest access The front yard and porch are available for you to use and enjoy. The back yard and driveway are not available for public use. Other things to note Our place is located within walking distance to the quaint village of Cuba, offering local small shops, restaurants and several convenience stores. It is less than a 10 minute drive to Cuba Lake. It is also centrally located with a short drive (an hour or less) to Letchworth State Park, Allegany State Park, and Stonybrook State Park. Visiting in the winter? Our lodging is nearby to both Swain Ski Resort & Holiday Valley.
