Conveniently located less than 5 minutes from downtown, the ballpark stadium, Maryland Theatre, and many restaurants, breweries, bars and shopping nearby (Prime Outlets). For the outdoor enthusiasts, two Ski Resorts, Appalachian Trail, hiking/mountain biking trails, and the famous 'Hike Rock' lookout and hand gliding take off location are all within a 30 minute drive form of the residence. The space Your full house includes a full kitchen (stove, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, plasticware, utensils, plates, cups, cookware, and basic spices), dining room, living room, and cozy sunroom and coffee bar! (Washer & dryer access only for longer term stays) BEDROOMS: This home sleeps 6 guests in 2 upstairs bedrooms and 1 sofa bed downstairs. See bed count below: Bedroom 1: 1 Queen (sleeps 2) Bedroom 2: 2 Twins (sleeps 1 each) Sunroom Sofa: 1 Full (sleeps 2) Air Bed also provided for extra space/sleeping comfort BATHROOMS: The bathrooms are stocked with toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash), towels, wash clothes and hair dryer. We provide additional items you may have left behind such as toothbrushes, razors, floss and Q-tips to name a few. PARKING: There is plenty of street parking in the front or side of the house. SAFETY: Your house is equipped with a smoke and carbon monoxide alarm. Your house also contains a fire extinguisher and a first aide kit located in the upstairs bathroom under drawers. Security cameras are present only on the exterior of the home. OTHER AMENITIES: Iron and ironing board, adult/children games and activities, high speed WIFI, smart TVS, office space with dual monitors, keyboard and mouse.
