With a capacity of 15/16 beds, super equipped to make you feel at home, our cottage is ideal for meeting with family or friends, between adults or with children (but no big parties or evenings). The living rooms are really spacious and the cottage is designed and equipped to accommodate large groups. Possibility to take the "sauna" option. Gite classified 3 stars. Numerous "nature" or "culture" activities nearby. Quick access via the Nationale 4 at 13 km. The space on the ground floor: • Functional kitchen with robot, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, soda stream, dishwasher, oven and induction hob, wall outlet with USB port • Dining room (with 2 extendable tables for 12 to 16 people) with wood-burning stove for gentle warmth, bay window overlooking the terrace with garden furniture, plus a grassy area bordered by dry hedges • Living room with 2 sofas (games and books in the cupboards) • Large entrance with coat rack and shoe rack • Toilets • Closet with hanging space and shelves • Laundry room with washing machine and dryer (with garden access as well), clothes drying rack and household products upstairs: • 3 large bedrooms each with a 140x190 bed and a wardrobe or closet • 2 bathrooms with large shower, sink and storage (hairdryer) • 1 large landing with a sofa bed (130 wide) for 1 adult or 2 children, an armchair • Toilets • A dormitory for 7/8 people (3 bunk beds and 1 trundle bed) • Sauna (access by paying a supplement of 10€ per night) outside: • a terrace area + private garden delimited by dry hedges (no access to the owners' garden) with table, chairs and barbecue (charcoal to be provided), umbrella, sunbeds. services: • 3 baby cots + mattress + fitted sheets available + changing table • Bed linen provided • Towels and shower mats provided • Starter kit: 1 roll of toilet paper, a few dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, 1 garbage bag. Please note: towels are not provided. Guest access You have access to all rooms except those locked. Outside, you have your private space demarcated. Please respect these boundaries. Other things to note When you choose the sauna option, payment is made on arrival (€10 per night). Please note: the cottage is non-smoking and pets are not allowed (regardless of size).
