Other things to note Parking: One car parking spot is included with the apartment. For additional cars, guests must request in advance, and parking is subject to availability. Swimming Pool: Pool timings are from 8 AM to 7 PM. Guests must use the pool responsibly, adhere to proper swimwear guidelines, and follow the rules laid out by the society. Garbage Disposal: Guests are required to segregate waste into wet and dry categories. Bins are provided for easy disposal. Smoking Policy: Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. Guests can use the balcony for smoking if needed. Damage Deposit: A refundable damage deposit of ₹5000 is to be paid upon arrival. This will be returned after inspection at check-out.
