All the comforts of home ...... with a private beach!Separate living area has satellite TV, books, cards, fully equipped kitchen, plus a lovely balcony with beautiful view for your morning coffee or evening cocktail. We have kayaks and a paddle board for your use from our private beach. Snorkeling just off shore. Hammock and a tree swing. We provide beach towels, a cooler and beach chairs. You just add the beer! The space Perhaps the most unique feature of the Tree House is its location in a private neighborhood on the sea with restricted public access and a private beach for use of residents only. Also the Tree House offers a large private garden for the enjoyment of Tree House guests and its owners! The garden entrance is directly below the Tree House. You can enjoy a peaceful walk theough the grounds to the OHB beach road and then stroll on to the private OHB beach park. The Tree House cottage is the upper floor of a two story building. The lower floor is our private garage, NOT another living unit. The property is entirely your own, with exception of any temporary access we may need to the garage and premises for gardening etc. The Tree House is a totally furnished and outfitted separate one bedroom with king bed / one bath unit with fully equipped kitchen and living area and balcony. Guest access The our private Beach Reserve is a short 4 minute walk through our personal garden to the OHB internal beach road. The Beach Reserve is shared by the 10 houses in our private compound comprised of some 30 acres. You will often have this beach all to yourselves!
