The apartment is centrally located in Rjukan in a residential area, with a short distance to the mountains and several attractions. NOTE: own prices for linen/mockings and final cleaning. There is a sunny terrace facing west with outdoor furniture in summer. Indoors there are 2 bedrooms and toilet rooms and a large bathroom upstairs on the 2nd floor. On the main level there is the entrance, living room, dining room and kitchen. You can park up to 2 cars on the side of the apartment. The space Guests can rent bed sets with towels. NOK 200 per set. Please contact the host via the inbox. Guests are expected to throw away garbage, clean, vacuum all floors/carpets/sofa and wash shower, toilet, mirrors, all floors, tables/benches, refrigerator, stove stairs, entrance, and empty the fireplace after themselves. All cleaning equipment is located in the kitchen cabinet along with a routine description. Final cleaning can be ordered: NOK 1500, - contact the host via inbox 2 days before arrival. Guests still have to clean off bed sets and throw away garbage as well as put on the dishwasher. Lack of or poor cleaning is invoiced NOK 2000. Surcharge on weekends. Otherwise, you can buy firewood for NOK 50, - per day, charge an electric car for NOK 200, - per day. Please notify the host in advance. Other things to note Bring bed linen and remember that you have to wash after your own stay. There is a routine description of the final cleaning and all equipment for cleaning in a separate cabinet in the kitchen. You can order final cleaning and bed linen/towels in advance. Price bed set incl. towels NOK 200 per person. Final cleaning NOK 1500. Charging for electric car costs NOK 200 per day. At NOK 50 per day. Instructions are in the apartment.
