The space The house is situated on a peaceful, quiet and secluded 10 acres overlooking Dillon Bay, Blossoms Beach & Little Boat Harbour. Inside, the open-plan living area boasts stunning views of the ocean through the Peppermint trees. The thoughtfully designed space features a spacious king bedroom, a modern bathroom, two generously sized upstairs bedrooms each with a queen bed and a single bed, making them ideal for families or groups. Both rooms enjoy beautiful ocean views across the bay. A games room featuring a ping-pong table and board games, which adds a fun and social element to the house, ideal for both kids and adults to enjoy downtime together after a day of exploring. Our spacious undercover deck offers the perfect place for a morning coffee watching the birds or an evening glass of wine or beer watching the sunset over pristine blue ocean and surrounding native bush, while taking in the fresh sea breeze. Guest access Ocean View is located on spacious acreage which is all yours to enjoy. There is an empty spa down in the trees near the lookout - this is NOT for guests to use. It has been emptied and is only for the owners when they come to stay. There is also a Fire Pit located on the property - THIS IS NOT TO BE USED. There are local shire restrictions that do not allow fires at Airbnb’s. The fire pit if for the owners use only. Other things to note The house operates on a large rain water tank so we request guests to be considerate in their water use. The games room and upstairs bedrooms are only available for bookings with 3 or more guests. Wifi is supplied however it can be intermittent and not guaranteed to always be available.
