Our village, located by the national road, is easily accessible via public and private transport and is just a 4-minute walk from the hometel property. We're only a few minutes away from SM City, Padre Pio Shrine, the Public Market, schools, hospitals, convenience stores and more. Offering daily/short-term stays, walk-ins, and transportation assistance contacts for added convenience. The space Each hometel unit in our newly built 9-unit apartment building spans 35 sqm and includes the following: - Bedroom with AC and full double sized bed, pillows, blankets, towels and compact wardrobe - Dining area with dining table, chairs and sink - Bathroom with bidet toilet and shower Guest access Guests are allowed full access to the hometel unit. During your stay If you need assistance during your stay, feel free to call or message us directly. Additionally, our host lives nearby on the property, providing quick and convenient help whenever you need it. Other things to note ☁️ Privacy is highly respected here. ☁️ Check-in & Checkout time Check-in: 02:00 PM Check-out: 12: 00 NN Our in-house receptionist assists with check-in and check-out. Guests must present a valid government ID to receive the key at check-in, which will be returned upon check-out. Access to the unit is limited to registered guests. ☁️ Are Infants and pets allowed? Infants under aged 2 years stay free of charge if the maximum occupancy of 2 guests is not exceeded. However, pets are not allowed. ☁️ Is cooking allowed in the unit for daily stays? What dining options are available? For daily stays, cooking is not allowed in the unit. Guests may bring their own food or enjoy our budget-friendly menu served at the table.     Additional Php120 per plate per guest     Order available: 7AM – 9AM & 5PM – 8PM ☁️ Is smoking allowed? Smoking and vaping are not allowed in the unit. ☁️ For commuters, jeepneys and tricycles are available. Our property is walking distance from the village entrance, or there is a tricycle lane available if preferred. ☁️ If you would like to host an event, please speak with us about it first. ☁️ A link to our house manual will be included in your booking confirmation.
