A 1902, St Andrew's Presbyterian Church has undergone a meticulous restoration and expansion, transforming it into a vibrant residence. Situated in Rylstone's CBD. The original church building now encompasses a stunning kitchen and family area highlighted with original features. The extension seamlessly blends into an additional 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, indoor and outdoor living. There's a couple of pews, for effect. You can feel the history without the discomfort of nineteenth century living. The space There's three (3) bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one with a lovely stone bath. Full kitchen, laundry. It's pretty well equiped to be honest. Theres a manual coffee machine if you're a frustrated barista. Guest access if you've paid you can use the place. If you feel homesick there is a mower in the garden shed.
