Romantic studio house

Welcome to my Mediterranean-style studio house, a quarry-stone barn with lots of charm and a large garden. The house invites you to linger and relax. In the enchanting region between Lake Laach, the Rhine and the Moselle you will find many hiking and excursion destinations. The well-equipped kitchen invites you to cook and bake. The light-flooded studio space invites you to creative and contemplative activities such as music, dance, yoga, meditation, writing and reading... The space The kitchen, the heart of the house, is equipped with all the necessary kitchen accessories - a 6-burner gas stove and a 90 cm wide oven that is powered by electricity. Both the kitchen and the studio room have a fireplace, which also provides comfort in the cold season. Firewood is provided. There are 2 bedrooms each with a double bed. (140 cm and 180 cm wide). The bedrooms are each adjoined by a bathroom. Of course, there is the possibility in each bedroom to store your things appropriately. The roof terrace under the roof offers a wonderful view far into the Eifel landscape. From the kitchen you go out to the covered terrace. From there, it leads directly into the rustic cottage garden with fruit trees, seating areas and a fireplace. Barbecue and garden furniture are available. A Hollywood swing invites you to unwind. There is a carport and more parking spaces directly on the property. Unfortunately, the house is not barrier-free. The charm of the house lies in its individual design and not in its claim to perfectionism. Guest access There are two entrances to the house, the front one is in the courtyard, it is suitable for loading and unloading and the rear one is on the garden side. Other things to note You are in the middle of the Volcanic Eifel, a very old cultural region. The largest volcanic lake in the Eifel is Lake Laach, only 3 km away from the house. There you can go hiking and swimming wonderfully. The lakeside Romanesque Benedictine monastery is a spiritual and architectural center of the region. Other destinations are the geyser in Andernach, Koblenz with the Ehrenbreitstein Fortress, the Rhine, with the World Heritage Site of the Middle Rhine Valley, Mosel, Ahr Valley, Museum Bahnhof Rolandseck. Another destination is in Mendig. An underground basalt dome can be visited via the Volcano Museum in Mendig. Warm up!!! An experience!!! From the house you can get to beautiful hiking trails. In the region there have been well-developed "dream paths" for many years. Simply enter "Traumpfade" and you will receive all the information there. The most beautiful of all paths is of course the "Caves and Gorges Trail" right around Kell! The region is also interesting for bike tours. On the Rhine (about 10 km away) in Brohl, Bad Breisig and Andernach you are well connected to the federal railway in the direction of Cologne, Bonn, Koblenz, Trier and Mainz. From Andernach station there are hourly buses to Kell. .
