What a fantastic place this is, what a view and so spacious and cozy! Is what we often hear when guests arrive in the Ransuil. Through a private access road through the forest, you will reach this detached, hidden and very comfortable spacious house on an estate of 3.5ha. The space At the end of the driveway, hidden behind bushes and against the edge of a private forest with coarse pines and oaks, lies the Ransuil. You come here in your own world where you are greeted by an orchestra of birds. The black, green and colorful woodpeckers fly around, various owls and buzzards nest here, and the hares, badgers, stone martens and deer also take care of their offspring here. Even the fox shows up occasionally. In short, unwinding here is a given. The very spacious house has a large kitchen with dining area for 6 people and a spacious, comfortable sitting area. You can look through all the windows and from the veranda into nature. Around the house you walk freely: there is no one who sees you. Next to the house is only a former stable that serves as a storage room. The bedroom, also on the ground floor, has a comfortable 180x200 box spring. On the estate, the chickens roam freely, and our herd of ancient sheep can be seen from the house. There is plenty of space around the house, you can sit wherever you want, and your view is different every time. Outside, you can enjoy the sun facing south in front of the house, in the hammock in the shade in the woods, or on the veranda, enjoying the evening sun. From the house, you can walk around the estate: over the mowed paths through the tall grass, along the ancient sheep and around the forest. There is plenty to do in the immediate vicinity: the Gorsselse hei nature reserve is within walking distance; your bike or MTB tour starts at the door; Gorssel with many restaurants and the More museum and the Hanseatic cities of Zutphen and Deventer are within cycling distance. The house has ample car parking, you can park your bike in the stable, and the bus stop to Borculo and Deventer is a 400m walk. Guest access Guests have the entire home at their disposal. Other things to note The vacation home is free and invisible/hidden from the owners' home. The distance between the owners' home and the vacation home is over 50 meters (as the crow flies). The route across the estate to the vacation home does not pass by the owners' home.
