Our home is in a great sunny Frankton location with open indoor living space opening onto a private garden. It is close to both the bus and airport and the Remarkables shops is around the corner. The Kawerau River and Lake Wakatipu are walking distance. Excellent walking and biking trails from the front door. This is our home, my husband and I live here with our dog, Jura The space We have a private room available The room is clean and comfortable with a queen bed and access to private bathroom down the hall. We have a large living area and nice outdoor garden and unlimited fibre broadband Guest access Please feel free to use the kitchen, dining and living area, we also have a nice garden and outdoor area with garden and bbq area which guests are free to use. Our living and dining areas are open plan and spacious. During your stay There will be someone around to help out during your stay most of the time. Happy to chat or leave you to do your own thing. I work weekday a mixture of office days and long days away. My husband is home on the weekends and our dog will sometimes be with him during the week but always home on the weekends. Other things to note We have a dog called Jura, she may be home or with my husband away working. Space in the garage to store skis and bikes
