Kelly’s Place is a modern and cosy property surrounded by fantastic walking routes in the Staffordshire Moorlands. Kelly’s Place is a fantastic base located less than a mile from Biddulph, The Garden Town of Staffordshire. As you arrive at Kelly’s Place you will find parking for up to two cars on the private driveway. Step inside the house to the porch area where there is plenty of space to store coats and boots, plus the rear door exit to the private garden offering a lawned, fully enclosed garden with garden furniture and bike store. On the ground floor you will find a well-equipped kitchen with a dining table placed centrally and a large window allowing a lot of light in from the back garden. The living room has ample seating with a large wall mounted Smart TV above a fireplace which houses the electric wood burner-effect fire. The family bathroom is also located on the ground floor, whilst on the first floor are the three bedrooms. To the rear of the property is a lovely garden with garden furniture that sits on a patio, along with a lawn and a bike store. Decorated at Christmas. The area around Brown Lees offers a mix of natural beauty and attractions for holidaymakers seeking a diverse experience. One notable feature is the proximity to the beautiful Peak District National Park, providing ample opportunities for scenic walks and outdoor activities. Explore the World of Wedgwood, a fascinating attraction celebrating the art of ceramics, additionally, the Emma Bridgewater Factory, another notable pottery destination, offers tours showcasing the craftsmanship behind the iconic handmade ceramics. Visitors can witness the intricate process of creating these charming pieces and explore the on-site shop for unique souvenirs.
