The space The room is equipped with a dining table & 2 chairs, a TV with satellite receiver, 1 double bed and 1 wardrobe over 1 meter wide. small windows (see photos) (The room is unsuitable for asthmatics because the windows are supposedly too small.) The bathroom and kitchen are shared (if other/additional guests have booked). These also have small windows. The room is located in the basement of a residential & commercial building where my hairdressing business is also located in the house. Guest access IMPORTANT: REQUEST ACCESS CODE! How to get to your room: Below is the information about the check-in process: Please note: Access is only possible after full payment, as only then is the contract concluded. Please have this ready. --- Access to the room ROOM EVA 1. **Check-in:** The access code is available from 3:00 pm. 2. **Find key box:** There are two key boxes hanging on the left wall in the house. The **second box** is called "ROOM EVA". 3. **Enter code:** Tap the display of the box so that it lights up and you can see the numbers. Then enter the access code you received and confirm the entry with the **hash key (#)**. The hash key is necessary to confirm the entry. 4. **Remove key:** The box will open and you can remove the key. Next steps: 1. **Find room:** Before you enter the stairs opposite, directly to the right you will see a white door labeled "ROOM AMOS & ROOM EVA ". Go down the stairs there into the annex area/basement. Your room is on the left, on the door labeled "ROOM EVA." 2. **Open the room door:** You can open the room door with the key you have taken. 3. There is an additional second key on your dining table for your companion. 4. On both keychains is an electronic chip key, use it from now on! To get in through the front door. Other things to note Check-in 3 PM Check-out 11 am The apartment is in the basement / guest room of a detached house. An additional €150 deposit will be collected. If the apartment is left in proper condition, the deposit will be refunded.
