A tranquil retreat spot to getaway on Lake Milton. The Mountain Bike trail is in our side yard, walkable path to public hunting ground and the perfect creek for the kids to fish and swim in. Public fishing dock on Lake Milton just about 1/8 mile walk through the woods. Home is fully updated and stocked with everything you will need for your getaway! This place is the best kept secret on the Lake! The driveway is rough as it is owned by the state park and not well maintained. The space The driveway has just been redone making the house much more accessible! We are excited to say you no longer need 4WD to access our property. Guest access All the property to the west of our home is state park property! Do not go on the property in the rear (south side) or on the north/east. Other things to note KITCHEN: Full sized refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher, cooking basics including spices, microwave, coffee maker INDOOR LIVING: Steps are required to access the home, all bedrooms and bathroom on one floor, Smart TV's, Comfy Sofa, Wi-Fi. Our water is well water which to some people has a distinct sulfur smell. We recently installed a new filter to help with this! OUTDOOR LIVING: Great firepit out back, gas grill, trails around the house, relaxing porch area, no homes between you and the lake, small creek just down the hill GENERAL: Free Wi-Fi, keyless entry, central heating and air conditioning, ceiling fans, linens/towels, washer/dryer, trash bags/paper towels, cleaning products, etc. Basement: Do not try to access basement area. If a breaker or something else needs adjusted, you must message owner. ADD ONS: two Kayaks available upon request, you will have to walk them to the lake (approx. 1/8 mile unless you want to pay to have them transported). Other things to note: -NO SMOKING inside or outside - No large gatherings - Must be 25 years old to book - Photo ID may be required - ONLY DOGS allowed
