The space 4-room residence for up to 14 people, designed for groups that want real comfort: -Master bedroom — King bed, private balcony overlooking the golf course. -Bedroom 2 — Queen bed + single bed in loft - Bedrooms 3 and 4 — Each with 2 queen size beds + bunk bed (perfect for families with children) In total: 11 beds, room and swimming pool towels included. Rooms • For bunk beds, use only the ladder. The shelf does not support weight. • Some closets are closed for private use; thank you for respecting them. Setting — Amanali Golf & Náutica The property is within the Amanali complex, one of the most complete destinations in central Mexico: • 18-hole golf course • Lake and water activities • Clubhouse with restaurant (Access and prices subject to Amanali rates, not included in rent) About the kitchen and service A fully equipped kitchen for groups. For groups of more than 5 people who will use the kitchen, we recommend hiring the domestic support service included with the property ($650 MXN/day, 8 am – 3:30 pm) — that way, you can really rest, too. Easy check-in Self check-in with a digital lock. No waiting, no coordinating keys. Check-in from 2:00 pm, check-out at 11:00 am. Late check-out until 2:00 PM available for MXN 1,750 (subject to availability). Other things to note Garden and pool • No glass or fragile objects are allowed in the area. • Do not eat or drink inside the pool. • Pool towels included. • Standard temperature: 28–30°C with solar panels. • Premium option at 34–35°C: $650 MXN per day (prior authorization). • Turn off the switches when finished and at night. • Cover the pool at the end to conserve temperature. Important: Access to the golf course is prohibited. This is for SAFETY and fines can be high; any penalty will be the guest's responsibility. Machine-room It is forbidden to manipulate equipment without authorization from the owner. Fines can be as high as the total value of the equipment. Cleaning and domestic support Includes general cleaning and beds. If there are more than 5 people and/or you will use the kitchen, it is mandatory to hire additional support to ensure order, cleanliness and that you can really relax: • $650 MXN per day • Hours: 8:00 am – 3:30 pm • Overtime: $200 MXN per hour per person (prior authorization) Late check-out: until 2:00 pm for $1,750 MXN (prior authorization) From the check-out time, guests will not be able to use the house and we kindly ask them not to request support from the staff after that time. Terrace The sliding door has a lock on the bottom left. • Lift to open and lower at night. Be careful when you reopen it.
