The space Interior Highlights: -3 bedrooms with comfortable memory foam mattresses -1 full bathroom with shower/bath and storage closet stocked with towels, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, first aid kit, and lots of other extra essentials if you left anything at home! -Cozy living room with board games and basic local channels on 55" tv (HDMI port on tv available if you bring your own streaming device) -Cozy Kitchen is fully equipped with basic cooking essentials, dishwasher, waffle maker, air fryer, toaster, and a Ninja drip coffee maker or Keurig to help start your day -Hallway Closet with extra blankets and an electric steaming iron to help with any wrinkled clothing Exterior Features: -Backyard is large and fenced with a deck, outdoor seating, and a fire pit. -Parking on the driveway is preferred for safety as the house sits on a curve. Extra Perks: -Short drive to Notre Dame for any sporting events -House is within delivery area for lots of dining options with door dash or other delivery servicers -Less than 3 miles to the closest Walmart for any supply needs, also several other options within close drive. Garage not available for guest use. Other things to note Note on entertainment: We have one 55" TV that you can enjoy basic local channels with our antenna setup. Please note, we do not offer cable or a smart TV but there is hdmi port to plug in if you bring your own device. We also have some old school board games located under the TV. Wi-Fi is available for streaming on personal devices.
