Welcome to Night Owl Cottage , a cosy traditional terraced cottage situated in the semi rural village of Rainford , with excellent walks and cycle paths on your doorstep along with great Village amenities Although we are situated in a village , you are ideally situated close to the major road networks to visit Liverpool 29mins Manchester 45mins, Ormskirk/Edge Hill University 13mins, Southport and Beaches 30mins and the Lake district just over an hour away. The space Thank you for taking the time to look at Night Owl cottage , As you enter the property you are welcomed into the Living area , this consists of seating for four guests , a log burner (Logs and kindling will be provided for the first fire ) along with a 50ins Smart tv, A dining table and four chairs , through to the kitchen you will find a fully fitted Kitchen that includes everything you need for your stay and includes an Air fryer , Microwave , Coffee Machine, Toaster, Kettle Fridge Freezer, Dishwasher and a Washing Machine. Upstairs you will find the master bedroom , this includes a King size Hypnos Bed and lots of wardrobe space. The second bedroom consists of a comfy Double bed , bedside tables and a small freestanding storage unit. There is an additional small 3rd bedroom that can be used for extra wardrobe space and for a travel cot (not supplied, please inform if you require use of this room). All bedding is supplied for your stay. In the upstairs Hallway located next to the bathroom you will find a small dressing table and chair , this includes a Hairdryer, The Bathroom includes a roll top bath and a power shower, toiletries and towels provided. Outdoor space , to the front is a driveway for one car , additional parking can be found in the surrounding area if required, there is also access through a gate to the side of the house to access the rear garden , the rear Garden is fully enclosed and there is also a a locked storage shed if you require it for bike storage (please inform if you require) There is also a outdoor patio set for four to enjoy some alfresco dining. 1 well behaved Pet is allowed , Bowls provided. Dog guard also provided .Please note no pets to be left unattended at any time in the property.
