Other things to note Please read the additional rules before booking. PETS Due to a SEVERE allergy in the family, we do not allow pets at this time. Unauthorized pets will result in a $500 fine. POOL The pool is not heated at this time. PARKING Overnight parking is on the driveway ONLY! QUIET HOURS It's a big property with neighbors a good distance away, however quiet hours from the city begin at 10pm until 7am every day. OCCUPANCY For our short term rental permit with the city of Bullhead City, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES can there be more than 9 people on the property at ANY given time. The reservation will be cancelled with NO refunds. Upon booking to rent and stay at this property, I agree on my own behalf, my family, any and all guests, and invitees that I am fully responsible for any and all risks of injury or death.
