Guest access All guests have access to the entire property except for the storage closet behind a keypad door knob. Other things to note ★ Other Things to Note ★ - We would love to welcome guests who book our home the same day of their arrival, but please be aware that your check-in may be a bit delayed (to as late as 7 pm) as we rush to prepare the unit for your arrival. Guests who book more than 24 hours in advance will be able to check-in by 4 pm. - We provide all of our guests a starter kit of consumables such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, etc. Guests can purchase any additional consumables from nearby grocery stores that you think you might need during your stay beyond what's included in the starter kit. - For longer term stays over 30 days, guests are required to pay for monthly full-home cleaning services at $260/clean. This requirement cannot be waived and must be paid prior to each monthly cleaning service. In addition, stays over 30 days are subject to utility charge caps of $250/month/unit for electricity and $150/month/unit for water/wastewater/trash. If our utility bills are higher than these caps for the time period during a guest's stay that is longer than 30 days, we reserve the right to charge the guest for the amount over these caps. - Please be aware that Texas is known for having all sorts of bugs and creatures, especially during the summer, that wander around and can sometimes get into the home. Bugs and creatures such as silverfish, earwigs, cockroaches/waterbugs, scorpions, spiders, wasps, mosquitoes, flies, snails, moths, ants, etc. are all very common in Texas and the South in general, and might show up in the home from time-to-time. The presence of a few of these critters, especially if they are found dead, does not indicate any sort of infestation in the home, as usually it's just the critters trying to escape the blistering heat or the freezing cold like everyone else. - The area is quickly developing but once you arrive within the duplex, you'll feel the comfort of a unique experience you won't find anywhere else!
