Available for short and long stays, this cozy and idyllic place is on a land of its own, with the entire space available to guests. It is located in Oyarifa, 3 minutes drive off the Adenta - Aburi road (N4). It is ideal for people who want a peaceful place to stay. There is no one on site, and any assistance is through the app, as the owner lives 1 hour away. The space There is a combined living room and kitchenette, and separate bathroom and bedroom. The living and sleeping areas have separate air-conditioning. The island/dinning table is comfortable for two people but can take four people. It is also movable, depending on the need. The double doors (although a little hard to close) can be opened onto the veranda, to provide more space and let in more light. The windows and glass door are one-way mirrors during the day to provide privacy. With the lights on at night it is recommended to close them and the blinds. Note: We do not yet have backup power. The lights may go out occasionally but it usually doesn't take long to come back. Guest access The entire rented property is available to the guest. The place was built as a private, get away cabine for the owner. The property is on a plot with a building construction on one side. However, the space under rental is partitioned (with a fence) from the side under construction to demarcate the spaces, providing privacy and safety to guests. To avoid inconveniencing guests, no construction work goes on while the place is rented. Guests will be notified ahead of any planned work, at the construction site during the day. For your safety, we recommend not crossing to the construction side. Other things to note We do not yet have a back up power supply. While the lights may go out in the area, these do not last long, unless there is a major issue.
