The space La Casita is located directly on the St. Johns River boasting over 55' of riverfront. The St. Johns River is the longest river in Florida at 310 miles long and just like the Nile in Africa, the St. John's River flows North. From the moment you drive up to the home and enter the house, you will feel relaxed with the breathtaking views of the river from the large screened in patio or from the firepit area on the lawn or from the deck stretched into the river. You will just love it here! Home has an open floor plan with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Sleeps 6 people maximum. *Must notify us if you are wanting to bring a boat so we can accommodate. The St. John’s water level varies during the year. *We have another AirBnb located on the same street just 10 homes away from this one. The Lodge can sleep up to 13 people. Guest access As a guest of La Casita, you will have use of the entire home, front yard and back yard. There is a shared side yard rock garden with the neighbors if you wish to exit the side yard. Other things to note The home is less than 1 hour away from Disney, 45 minutes from Universal Studios, 40 minutes to Daytona, 35 minutes to New Smyrna Beach and about 15 minutes to Sanford. We are close to Amtrak's Auto train for those coming from the North East. Whatever adventure or event you would like to do, we are close to it all with being able to come back and rest after the hustle and bustle. Boaters can access the river via the community boat ramp.
