Therefore, we kindly ask that you refrain from activities that involve excessive noise, such as parties. If issues with neighbors arise, we may have no choice but to discontinue renting the villa altogether. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Please enjoy it as a low-temperature sauna. Natural Environment Our facility is located in the nature-rich Hakone area. Therefore, insects (ants, mantises, centipedes, etc.), spiders, and wildlife (wild boars, masked palm civets, monkeys, snakes, geckos, etc.) inhabit the surrounding area regardless of season. If you encounter wildlife, please refrain from approaching them or making loud noises that might provoke them. Although we conduct thorough checks during each cleaning and implement regular pest prevention measures, completely preventing insects from entering is unfortunately impossible.
