The choice of light shades on the walls creates a feeling of spaciousness and brightness. The terracotta floor gives a touch of warmth to the environment. There is an Ultra HD Smart TV with NETFLIX and YOUTUBE to entertain from the oldest to the youngest and super-fast fiber optic WI-FI, thanks to which it will be possible to carry out Smart Working. The kitchen, fully equipped with modern appliances, offers the possibility to prepare delicious dishes using fresh local products available in nearby shops and markets. Available are the stove, oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, refrigerator with freezer function and a complete set for guests (utensils, pots, pans, cutlery, plates, glasses, cups, mugs). And to start the day off right? A LAVAZZA coffee machine and a selection of assorted teas and coffees await you! You can enjoy them in the spacious garden, equipped with a table and five chairs, perfect for an outdoor breakfast, lunch or dinner. [SLEEPING AREA] The sleeping area, which is located along the corridor, consists of: - A Double Suite that offers a soft queen-size bed, and bedside tables. The night kit and a set of three towels will be at your complete disposal. The walk-in closet is well organized and offers ample space to meet the needs of every guest. - A second Double Suite that also offers a comfortable queen-size bed, bedside tables, and a spacious wardrobe. Night linen and a set of towels are available for each guest. In the event of a fifth guest, we provide an additional single bed to ensure maximum comfort for all guests. All bedrooms are equipped with modern amenities and fast Wi-Fi for a pleasant and comfortable stay. [ BATHROOM ] The fully renovated bathroom has a large shower cubicle, an elegant sink, full bathroom fixtures, a hairdryer and a hand soap dispenser.
