The patio also includes a generously sized pool, optionally heated upon request during winter and beautifully lit at night—ideal for a relaxing evening swim. - Living Space: The spacious, open-plan living area is flooded with natural light, with large sliding glass doors that opens to the patio and pool. This seamless indoor-outdoor design creates a perfect flow, offering a huge, connected living space. Guest access Everywhere in the villa Other things to note Important Notice Before Booking: - The pool can be cleaned upon request during working hours (8:00 AM – 2:00 PM), with the cleaner accessing the patio to perform the cleaning. - The heated pool is optional and will cost extra 500EGP per night. If you would like the pool heated, please notify us at least 2 days in advance. - The pool temperature is maintained between 26–28°C, following international standards. On windy or cooler days, the water may feel slightly colder than the set temperature. Please also note that the property is located approximately 4 km from El Gouna’s center in the Mansions area, accessible via an unpaved road. We recommend guests have their own vehicle or arrange for rental transportation.
