Old School Süllwarden

The old school Süllwarden is located in the middle of the holiday peninsula Butjadigen, on the outskirts of the village of Süllwarden. Today, the 100-year-old school house houses 3 converted holiday home halves. The building is surrounded by meadows, so you can escape the hustle and bustle of the city and the working day undisturbed in the garden and the terrace. From Süllwarden, the surrounding resorts and fishing ports can be reached quickly by car or comfortably by bicycle. The space Pure silence and relaxation await you spread over 69 m² of open space concept - 1 bedroom with double bed (180 × 200) - 1 additional bedroom/children's room with bunk bed - Sleeping areas are equipped with fly screens equipped - Living/dining room with open kitchen 35 m² - Fireplace in the living room - Sunny terrace with rocking chair, sun loungers and a large table incl. a cantilevered umbrella - a very large property for relax and unwind. Children and adults can use the entire property. A tree swing and outdoor games provide entertainment (badminton, soccer, kites, etc.) - In bad weather, there are games for all ages Guest access The entrance to the house is located on the right side of the building and is directly accessible from the parking lot. Other things to note Linens, towels: Linens (standard size), towels and dish towels will be provided for the stay. There is a possibility to book a laundry package provided by our cleaning service.     The cost is €40/person. Security Deposit When arriving with a dog, the deposit is €150. The refund will be made, if there is no damage, after final acceptance and feedback from our caretaker service. City Taxes For the stay on the Budjadingen peninsula, a guest fee is charged by the municipality. This amount is due and collected separately depending on the age and number of people.
