This will give you more time to bond with family and friends in a very relaxing and peaceful place. The space Approx 40 sqm fully furnished 2 bedroom condo unit with balcony located at Grandmesa Residences in Fairview, Quezon City. 1-3 guests: only one bedroom will be open to accommodate the guests. One bedroom will be closed and cannot be accessed. 4-7 guests: the whole unit will be opened for use of the guests. Guest access Enjoy and make use of the entire condo unit as well as the Building Amenities. Additional fees may apply. Current Amenities: * Gym * Swimming Pool * Children Playroom * Roofdeck Other things to note POOL ACCESS IS FREE FOR UP TO 2PERSONS Guests just have to register by sending their names prior to check in to avail of the free pool access. Additional fee of 200/person, per day,during regular days and 400/person, per day, during weekends/holidays in excess of the free pool access for 2 persons. This should be settled before check in. Kindly let me know atleast 1-2hrs before planned pool access for me to process the reservations. Reservations need to be confirm same day. So as to give equal opportunity for other users to use the pool. NO PAYMENT will be settled to the unit or Bldg personnel. In the event you will be providing payment or money to them, it will not be honored. *** OTHER AMENITIES *** Guests have access to the other amenities available in the bldg but it entails an additional fee of 200/person, per day,during regular days and 400/person, per day, during weekends/holidays. This should be settled before check in. NO FREE ACCESS for both the gym and the kiddie play area. *** ADDITIONAL PERSON *** Unit Capacity: max 7 persons Cost for addtl person : 500/person (*this applies after the 3rd person*) *** POOL SCHEDULE *** Pool is located at the 2nd floor Tuesday to Sunday, 6am to 10pm Monday, closed for maintenance * Proper swimming attire for both men and women is required. * Eating at the pool area is STRICTLY not allowed. *** PARKING *** There is an available pay parking slots located at the Basement 1 of the Bldg. Parking fee is fixed at 300/day This should be settled before check in. *** PET POLICY *** Pet is allowed inside the unit only. It has to be accompanied by someone all the time and can’t be left alone inside the unit. Pet is not allowed to walk/roam outside the unit. Pls bring pet’s Veterinary card. Anti rabies and other vaccines has to be complete and updated. *** UTILITIES & ANENITIES INTERRUPTION *** As much as we wanted to make sure your stay is smooth and fun, we have no control over posible interruption/s of some of the utilities and/or amenities that were made availble for you to make your stay fun and comfortable. Rest assured that if this happens we will report and coordinate the immediate restoration of the services the soonest posible time. *** DRINKING WATER*** The unit is equipped with filtered water via the faucet. Just use the selector from the faucet. It is advised to bring your own drinking water to avoid posible health problem brought about by the drinking water. ***SMART TV APPLICATIONS*** - NETFLIX: Pls dont Log out the unit’s netflix access. Kindly contact us directly should you have any difficulties accessing it. - YOUTUBE *** VISITOR POLICY *** Kindly inform and send us a copy of their valid ids. I will have to endorse your visitor/s to the PMO to be granted access to the unit, otherwise, your guest will not be allowed to enter the building. Visitors are to be added to the total number of persons who'll enter the unit while booking. Otherwise, they will not be granted entry. They will also form part of the max capacity of persons who'll stay in the unit. Kindly arrange this ahead of time to avoid hassle to you and to your guest/s. *** GARBAGE DISPOSAL *** Kindly pack your trash properly. Garbage bags are provided for you inside the unit. These are located inside the cabinet under the cooktop. Trash bins are inside the garbage room located at the 12th floor (same floor as the unit). Just in front of the elevator. SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED IN THE WHOLE COMMUNITY. INCLUDING INSIDE THE RENTAL UNIT ITSELF. This includes and not limited to Cigarette, Vape, e-cigarette, or any other similar devices. PENALTIES WILL BE CHARGED FOR THOSE WHO WILL NOT FOLLOW THIS REGULATION. 1st Offense – PHP 1,000.00 + immediate stoppage + damage cost to property or other residents 2nd Offense – PHP 3,000.00 + immediate stoppage + damage cost to property or other residents 3rd Offense – PHP 5,000.00 + immediate stoppage + damage cost to property or other residents Succeeding Offense – PHP5,000.00 daily + damage cost to property or other residents
