A spacious family house of more than 200 m² located in Les Authieux sur Calonne, just 5 minutes from Pont-l'Évêque and 25 minutes from the Côte Fleurie. This old mill combines charm and comfort, for a pleasant and relaxing stay. For lovers of beautiful authentic Norman properties, this house is for you. The charm of the old will bring originality to your stay. The space The house can accommodate up to 10 people, with the possibility of adding two beds for children on request (linen at an additional cost). On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast table, a bright dining room with fireplace, and a spacious living room with TV and large windows to enjoy natural light. On the first floor, two bedrooms with double beds, each equipped with its own private bathroom (shower, toilet). On the second floor, a large landing leads to three bedrooms: one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom (bathtub, toilet), another with two single beds and a bathroom (bathtub, toilet), and finally, the master suite with a private bathroom and toilet, as well as a sofa. Outside, you can relax in the garden, with a terrace where you can have barbecues for your summer evenings and listen to the sound of the gentle La Calonne river that runs through the garden. A ping-pong table and badminton net are also available. In addition, you can park up to 4 cars on site. For your convenience, this house has many amenities, including a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Wi-Fi is also available throughout the house. Ideal for a stay with family or friends, "Les Trois Moulins" offers comfort, space and tranquility close to many local attractions. Note that this house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility because it has two floors but no bedroom on the ground floor. River crossing on the property, be vigilant.
