Beaches just less than 8mins drive, but why go far? The Entrance beach is 2mins drive! Cycling tracks 50meter from our house next to the lake. Fun is endless! The space This Property has 6 bedrooms + 4 bathrooms in total. -Master Bedroom - king size bed + single sofa bed - Bedroom2 - queen size bed - Bedroom3 - queen size bed - Bedroom 4 - double bed - Bedroom 5 - 1 queen, 1 double bed plus single bunk bed - Bedroom 6 - queen bed + sofa bed double size *The master bedroom has full bathroom, fan and aircon plus own exit/ entry without going through the main house. * 2 studio units has full bathrooms, a kitchenettes and fans. Plus they have their own entry and exit without using the main house entry. Very unique house and nearly near in everything, especially this Summer season it has a lot of activities. Either walk to Coles or to the Memorial Park the Entrance.. or Dine in to the Diggers The Entrance buffet style which 9mins walk only from our house. This property is located in a secure and quite neighbourhood area. The property is only 73mins drive to hunter Valley and approximately 90mins drive to Sydney CBD. What to do during winter? Other things to note House Rules: We adhere to strict noise regulations of NSW code of conduct and kindly ask that you be respectful and considerate of others. **Quiet Hours** 🕤 Weekdays: 9:30 PM – 8:00 AM 🕥 Weekends: 10:30 PM – 8:00 AM During these hours, we kindly ask that noise be kept to a minimum. You're welcome to continue your activities, but we suggest doing so indoors and at a minimal noise to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone. No screaming /shouting and loud music permitted. Strictly not more than 20 people/guests. This is including kids. Only registered guests permitted at the property, unless prior approval is obtained for additional guests you want to add. No smoking/ vaping permitted inside the house a $700 fee charge. Breach of the house rules will result in instant eviction without refund after the first warning given. ( we'll send you the qoutation for this if it happens) - Toys must be in their boxes or storage. - The Fireplace should not be move under the house in any circumstances, it is to avoid fire. For any inconvenience, issues in the house that you think need to be attain, Please inform us “ IMMEDIATELY” do not leave it unattended, we're happy to help and were just living nearby.
