The space This stylish townhouse (spread across three floors) boasts three standard (ottoman) double rooms and one smaller bedroom with bunk beds (max weight capacity for the top bunk is 70kg/11 stone). Two of the doubles have en suite shower rooms, with a third bathroom available to all with bathtub. There is also a downstairs toilet, and well equipped kitchen with Nespresso machine. All double bedrooms have hair dryers. A small rear patio with picnic bench style table suitable for six people. Excellent smart TV with all steaming channels, WiFi, and space saving dinning table suitable for 4 adults. One allotted parking space to the rear of the property with some on street parking available in the surrounding area, being respectful of our neighbours. This house is ideally located to explore the High Weald, Tunbridge Wells, Hastings and London if you wish. Frant train station is a 5 minute walk, and the house is a ten minute drive for anyone attending events at Eridge Park. Despite being semi rural, there is a soft play center opposite, a pub within a five minute walk and a local shop just next door. The surrounding countryside is full of beautiful walks, cycling, National Trust properties, and Vineyards, with Bewl Water and Bedgebury Pinetum just a stones throw away.
