Only important clarification: at the entrance of the property, in a small independent studio located to the left of the gate, lives a couple year-round. The outdoor and indoor areas of the house remain completely private for guests, you may only come across them at the gate. Guest access Guests have access to all of the following spaces: The entire house, including two bedrooms with their private bathrooms, a large bright living room, a fully equipped open kitchen, an office area, as well as reading and tasting areas conducive to relaxation. The private exteriors, with a large sunny terrace, a flower garden, a cozy and elegant pergola (with sofas, armchairs, bar, television and darts), and a heated swimming pool accessible in summer for your moments of relaxation. Private parking, located directly on site. Entry is autonomous with a lockbox, giving you a free check-in. Everything is designed to guarantee comfort, tranquility and autonomy during your stay.
