You will enjoy walks or fishing by the pond and lazing around the pool. 2 terraces including 1 covered. Pool house with summer kitchen, plancha, bathrooms and shower. Common land of 22 ha. Fishing pond (carp, keep and a few poles if you are lucky!). Private swimming pool 10mX5m protected by an alarm and a small fence (open on the opening dates of the cottage but not heated). Garden furniture and deckchairs. Fixed barbecue, plancha, summer kitchen. Parking. Badminton net. Ping-pong table. It is located close to the owners but not overlooked and with private access. - Gite with wifi - 2* gîte and 2 Clévacances keys - No smoking - Pets not allowed - Stay from 4 nights possible in low and mid season Things to know for your arrival: - Linen: provided, available free of charge. - Sheet rental: €15 per pair with a made bed. - Towels: not provided, to be arranged by the guest. - Possibility of cleaning fee on request: 80 euros. - Baby linens: not provided. 2 cribs provided and a high chair. - Electricity consumed in addition (flat rate of 8KWH per day or 56KWH per week) is not included in the rates and will be paid on site in addition after reading the meters (depending on the amount of the price of the KWH indicated on the invoice). - A deposit of €300 will be handed to the owner upon arrival.
