Welcome to our cottage, a haven of peace ideally located in the heart of Burgundy. Take advantage of our exceptional location, minutes from Chalon sur Saône, to explore the prestigious vineyards, historical sites and beautiful walks along the Saône. Our cottage consists of a large living room open to the terrace, an equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, a mezzanine with a sofa bed and a workspace, 2 toilets and 2 bathrooms. The space Our cottage consists of a large bright living room, with a spacious living room and a friendly dining table, perfect for sharing moments with family or friends. The open kitchen is fully equipped to meet all your culinary needs. On the ground floor, you will find a comfortable bedroom, a bathroom with washing machine and separate toilet. Upstairs, two additional bedrooms await you, as well as a large mezzanine offering a sleeping area with a sofa bed, a sitting area and a work and relaxation area. A bathroom with toilet completes the floor. Outside, a furnished terrace with a dining area overlooks a charming stream, creating an idyllic setting for alfresco dining. The spacious garden invites you to relax, read or simply enjoy the great outdoors.
