Summer cottage near the beach The space Welcome to a cozy summer cottage in Mellbystrand, just 200 meters from the sea! This lovely cottage has a garden and a glazed terrace, perfect for summer evenings, in the rain or in the sun. Inside, you will find two bedrooms, one with two beds and the second with one bed. The living room offers additional sleeping space, accommodating up to five people in total. The spacious kitchen includes a dining area and the large living room invites you to relax after a day at the beach. A short walk away is the beautiful beach, known for its shallow waters and suitable for children. To the north, Mellbystrand boasts a beach hotel, quaint shops and restaurants, along with a popular recreational area. To the south, the Skummeslövstrand summer center awaits. You can explore scenic bike paths leading to Laholm and Båstad, where the picturesque Bjäre peninsula unfolds, with charming summer villages and the renowned Båstad tennis center. Visit the charming harbor of Båstad and the historic cold bath, or take a trip to the gardens of Norrviken, just north of the city. Laholm, a short drive away, offers a cozy center with shops, bars and fantastic salmon fishing on the Lagan River, along with a smokehouse restaurant. Enjoy the beautiful hiking trails on Hallandsåsen and don't miss the fantastic beaches of Tylösand and the nearby golf courses. Please note: the stove in the cottage is out of order and must not be used. The fenced land, protected by a 90 cm mesh fence, is ideal for pets and small children. The cottage is not available for groups of young people and electric car charging is available at a nearby Maxi, just over 1 kilometer away. You will definitely have a wonderful stay here!
