Located 40 minutes from the huts of Ajaccio or 30 minutes from the Vizzavona pass and its GR20. Many activities are easily accessible: canyoning, tree climbing, wildlife park, hiking, river corners or idyllic beaches... We will be able to advise you! The space This home is located on the ground floor of a building anchored in nature, with its modern atmosphere combining the comforts of life and rustic Mediterranean style. Ideal for 4 guests, it has a 70 square meter terrace surrounding the entire apartment. In total immersion in nature, you will be immersed between the view of the upper Gravona valley and the family vegetable garden. (Access to the vegetable garden is not allowed, but a visit will be possible upon request for the most curious). The bathroom will offer you a moment of relaxation with its antique bathtub and walk-in shower overlooking the entire apartment to the outside. Both bedrooms have a 160 x 200 bed and small storage closets. A dedicated workspace will be accessible in one of them. The open kitchen will give you the opportunity to cook and serve the dishes directly to your guests on the island that can accommodate 4 people seated or more outside. In the living room, a 4k TV will be at your disposal as well as a wood-burning stove for stays in the winter season, with a dining area. Other things to note HOUSE RULES - PETS ARE NOT WELCOME. - NO PARTIES, NO EVENTS. - 4 PEOPLE MAXIMUM. - BETWEEN 10:30 PM AND 8:30 AM QUIET HOURS MUST BE RESPECTED IN ORDER TO RESPECT THE NEIGHBORHOOD. - NO SMOKING INSIDE. - THE PREMISES MUST BE RESPECTED AND RETURNED IN THE SAME CONDITION AS THEY WERE FOUND. - HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING MUST BE USED WITH WINDOWS AND DOORS CLOSED. - LIGHTS AND AIR CONDITIONING MUST BE TURNED OFF WHEN YOU LEAVE THE PREMISES. - MAKE SURE TO LOCK THE PREMISES IN YOUR ABSENCE, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY THEFT AND ANY DAMAGE IN THE EVENT OF NON-COMPLIANCE WITH THIS CLAUSE. - ONLY FLUSH TOILET PAPER IN THE TOILETS AND ONLY USE PRODUCTS THAT ARE COMPATIBLE WITH SEPTIC TANKS.
